Andrew Weber is an independent Country Rock Singer-Songwriter. Growing up in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri he obtained influences from all genres of music ranging from country to rap. Today, he writes songs that combine a mixture of country, rock, and blues. Andrew released his EP, Too Soon Too Late in 2020 and his debut album, Heartline in April 2021.
Andrew began writing songs in the Spring of 2019. After playing his originals in front of friends and family, he became highly motivated to write even more. In the Fall of 2019, Andrew decided that his songs needed to be heard. With a friend who owned a microphone, an editing system, and a nice computer set up, Andrew was able to record a few original, acoustic songs. In an apartment bedroom, called "The Studio", The Wildcard - Acoustic (EP) came to life. Each song required two takes. One take for the guitar and one take for the vocals. In October, 2019 the EP was out on all streaming platforms.
One Saturday night in January of 2020, the young musician wound up in a brand new wine bar in Kirksville, Missouri with a group of friends. Before leaving the bar, Andrew approached the owners, handed them a business card, and told them he would love to get a chance to play the guitar and sing sometime if they were looking for entertainment at the venue. Two weeks later, the owners contacted Andrew, and his gigging career began.
During the coronavirus pandemic, the newfound gigging job came to a halt. While still completing online coursework and writing songs, Andrew decided to try his hand at writing a blog post. The combination of songs and blog posts provide him with two different types of writing outlets.
